I must admit. I was a little apprehensive today. But my dentist put me at ease, and although treatment was at times comfortable. I had no pain. I was told afterwards what I needed to do. And I know I can ring them if I need to. As a child, I was terrified of dentists. No more. We have moved from those days of the 60s 70s.
The staff are very friendly and the dentists I came across were very efficient. In most cases I got same day emergency appointment. I'm with them for almost 15 years now and I believe they are very keen to keep their service standards very high. Wishing them all the best.
Made appointment 6 months ago. They keep cancelling my appointment because they only have one dentist or it's only one dentist that will see me. And they can't be bothered to book it with another dentist. The cancellation seems to take place once you've completed the NHS charge form.
Great patient care and I always know that I am in safe Carla's hands. She is a brilliant dentist with great deal of experience, skills and expertise. Staff are also maximally kind and respectful. Overall, always a very pleasant experience.
Had an emergency and was fitted in the same day for which I’m very grateful. Infection found and treatment plan started. The whole team are fantastic!.
