Lateral Dental Clinic

I saw Anupa today and a dental nurse (blonde hair, so sorry cant remember the name)! Both absolutely lovely and made me feel at ease. I was very concerned about my teeth and they came up with a brilliant plan to get me back on track. I went to get checked, but have signed up for them to be my regular dentist as I felt so comfortable with them! Every step, every answer was answered with such clarity that by the end I was more chilled and calm! I strongly advise Lateral Dental Clinic! Such a beautiful practice too! Attended the clinic nervous and emotional, left smiling and feeling more comfortable with the next steps! I have to travel 30 mins by car to get there, but its so worth it! Thank you!

In my 27 years of life I think this was the best dental experience I've ever had. Honestly super impressed by the kindness of the staff, Doctor Mathew knew exactly how to help me, he didn't try to make me feel inferior in any way ! A very humble doctor. He was super kind and talked me through each step. Made me feel comfortable. They had a cool tv on the ceiling so I didn't have to just sit there. 10/10. Never thought I'd be leaving a dental practice a review but honestly had such a pleasant experience. I could see Dr Mathew was more interested on how to aid me rather than refer extra appointments or procedures. Absolute legend. I think his kindness has made me want to officially sign up with this practice. Keep up the great work guys 🙌

Can’t fault the service I received for an emergency appointment! Easy to book and even had space to move up my appointment. The decor is beautiful and helped me feel relaxed. I am a super anxious person and hadn’t been to a dentist in a while but i was instantly made to feel at ease, Dr Stephen’s was amazing, and i felt so relaxed. Being able to watch netflix on a screen above my head while getting a filling definitely makes it feel a lot better. Thank you again!

Just been in for my first appointment after winning an Instagram competition for some free treatment and I am overwhelmed. The clinic is beautifully decorated, equipped with lots of modern equipment I'd never experienced before and I now have a treatment plan to get a healthier and brighter smile over the next 18 months or so. Matthew, my dentist, was really clear with explanations, walked through a range of options with me and both him and the dental nurse (Jo?) were really reassuring about my nervousness around dental work. Special mention to the lady on reception (I didn't catch her name) who was both warm and welcoming and really looked after me! It was all just a lovely experience and I'd highly recommend here for any dental work anyone needs doing :)

I first visited Lateral dental clinic on the open day, with a view to finding a clinic that would provide me with the reassurance I needed. I was looking for a clinic that provided sedation, for nervous patients as I was really struggling with anxiety after having some bad experiences previously. I found Lateral dental clinic to be beautiful decorative, nothing remotely like the familiar dentist’s I’d been to. It was relaxing, calming and had a wonderful feeling about it. All the staff were friendly and made me feel very welcome. I chatted briefly to Dr Matthew and was impressed from the very beginning. Consequently resulting in a consultation to discuss my concerns and to talk through cosmetic options. Previously I’d had two consults with different dentists and both fell short of my expectations because they didn’t see what I did. Dr Matthew was the only one that told me exactly what I thought needed to be addressed, without prompting we were on the same page, very honest and very reassuring with realistic expectations. A few weeks later my smile transformation started. I arrived very nervous and apprehensive, I was made very welcome from the minute I arrived, and my nerves and anxiety soon disappeared. All the staff are super supportive, friendly and genuinely caring. My nervous first appointment turned out to be one of the best dental appointments I’ve ever had. Gone were my concern and fear and every appointment after that first, have been equally as impressive. Dr Matthew takes the time to explain every procedure, he is super gentle when administering anaesthetic (one of my phobias! ) and makes the whole process pleasurable, I soon got over the dentist chair anxiety and didn’t require any sedation on any visits, because of the understanding and care provided by each and every member of the team. My treatment is now complete and I absolutely love my new smile. The expertise of Dr Matthew and the relationship with his ceramicist has definitely demonstrated they are both very skilled and knowledgeable in delivering beautiful smiles. I cannot thank Lateral Dental Clinic enough for making every appointment pleasurable a massive endorsement from a once frightened patient. It’s been an absolute pleasure and I will look forward to seeing you for my yearly check ups without hesitation. AH
