Lateral Dental Clinic

I first visited Lateral Dental back in December for an initial consultation to discuss what could be done. After many years of complex and serious medical issues, my mouth was a mess. Despite actually being entitled to free NHS dental care, I took the decision to go here for private work after seeing how empathetic they appeared for nervous patients. I was not disappointed. From the moment I went in and spoke to Dr Anupa, I felt valued and not just a number. I’m now well into my treatment plan which will be several months more in the making, and it’s worth every penny of my life savings! Even when I have had a meltdown in the chair, I’ve never felt judged or rushed, taking everything at my pace. Once my treatment is complete they will be my regular dentist going forward. Highly recommend for anyone, but particularly nervous patients, no matter how bad you think things are, these guys have got you.

I attended this week for a new patient appointment and a hygienist appointment and both were brilliant. All members of staff were so friendly and helpful and my treatment was really well done. I felt that everything was well explained meaning I understood the treatment plan and recommendations and I was given the time and space to make the decision myself based on the information. I was really pleased with my experience and would highly recommended the practice to anyone!

I saw Anupa today and a dental nurse (blonde hair, so sorry cant remember the name)! Both absolutely lovely and made me feel at ease. I was very concerned about my teeth and they came up with a brilliant plan to get me back on track. I went to get checked, but have signed up for them to be my regular dentist as I felt so comfortable with them! Every step, every answer was answered with such clarity that by the end I was more chilled and calm! I strongly advise Lateral Dental Clinic! Such a beautiful practice too! Attended the clinic nervous and emotional, left smiling and feeling more comfortable with the next steps! I have to travel 30 mins by car to get there, but its so worth it! Thank you!

Excellent dentist. I went in on an emergency appointment due to severe tooth ache. Not been to the dentist for 6 years because of a phobia of needles. The receptionist was very friendly and the dentist was very reassuring, she explained everything, let me know what was happening before proceeding and didn't rush me at all. I would 100% recommend this dentist to anyone especially if you have anxiety about going to the dentist as the staff are very friendly and reassuring.

Can’t fault the service I received for an emergency appointment! Easy to book and even had space to move up my appointment. The decor is beautiful and helped me feel relaxed. I am a super anxious person and hadn’t been to a dentist in a while but i was instantly made to feel at ease, Dr Stephen’s was amazing, and i felt so relaxed. Being able to watch netflix on a screen above my head while getting a filling definitely makes it feel a lot better. Thank you again!
