Extremely helpful staff, making everything easier than it should be. I was contacted multiple times by Ramona the Treatment Coordinator, who is always following up and keeping up with me, making sure the preparations are all going as they should be. Truly feel cared for, and I'm grateful for the constant assistance.

Avoid Roopal, formerly at Shalesmoor, who will try and push you into having unnecessary private treatment. She'd tried to do it a couple of times to me but I finally decided to leave when she couldn't mask the little smirk on her face while she was trying to do it the last time. Their service was always very average anyway

Terrible! Called in today and yesterday and they've declined me so many times. Waiting time on the phone about 30 mins. Absolutely fed up!

This is regarding the mydentist shalesmoor practice which has now, fortunately, shut down. However, considering that this is the same brand I think it is important to make people aware of the shockingly poor standards of care that the mydentist network has allowed in the past. My partner made multiple visits to that practice. What started as a toothache ended up as one of the most painful and traumatic experiences of her life. Due to the actions of the dentists she spent weeks on maximum dosage of painkillers and had to have extensive corrective procedures undertaken by another, actually competent dentist. This included multiple root canals. Throughout her visits, the staff were consistently patronising and disrespectful. Finally, they have her antibiotics (for an infection they had caused) which contained penicillin, which she is severely allergic to. Luckily, we caught this in time... Please be mindful when selecting your dentist.

Fantastic service - the first time we have been to this clinic. Thankyou to Tracey on reception for making the experience so easy, so accommodating and went above and beyond! Also the fab orthodontist who really knew his stuff.
