Just had my regular checkup at London Road and it’s been a 5* experience as always. Everyone (reception, dentist, assistant) is friendly and helpful, and I’m confident that I am getting high quality care and advice here. Would definitely recommend this practice.
Dirty waiting area for their customers. Arrive on time and you will be seen to late and arrive late and they will tell you off and shout at you. Horrible place dirty waiting area and grumpy staff
This practice is friendly and polite. My previous experience at another private pratice was not good. The receptionists here are kind and understanding in person and on the phone. Jo , puts me at ease - as a very nervous client - and always explains clearly what I will need to have done. I appreciate being at such a good dental practice . Thank you
