Went private here due to long NHS wait lists & have never had a better experience with a dentist practice. Super friendly staff including reception, hygentist & denstist. Bryone is really helpful and made sure we got the cheapest but best quality service they can provide & was happy to help with advice when we couldnt afford to do all the treatments at once. Practice plan prices can seem steep but they make it worth it with their service & discounts it provides. Cannot reccomend enough!

Taptonville House Dental is the best dental practice in Sheffield. However, of late, I can only make the most of NHS treatment, due to a year of unemployment. Consequently, due to limitations, there’s very little that can be done cosmetically. Additionally, it seems that the Practice is understaffed, which might be the reason why my last two appointments were cancelled, and today’s appointment was a late start. Because of the late start I only had 15 minutes of attention, and felt quite rushed. No mouthwash. No time to look at something sharp which feels stuck between two other teeth, and no time to look at a sensitive tooth. I understand there are plans for an additional dentist to join the team … but I was told to book my next appointment for 6 months time. In the meantime I feel that my unresolved issues will only be exacerbated over this period. I say this because my main worries, especially a missing front incisor, are to me a consequence of failed prevention by previous dentists - not this Practice - but now I feel a need for more urgency. Of course I can’t expect much on NHS. However, I am thankful for everything that has been done for me. Regards, Martin Holmes

Very caring and professional for both my 5 year old and for myself. Admin/reception staff also kind and effective. Had been putting our check ups off, but am very pleased with our experience.

Attended for my six monthly check up .As usual all the staff ,receptionist and dentist were very polite and welcoming. My dentist was Sarah ,who along with her dental nurse were very thorough and gentle during my dental check .The surgery and surroundings are always clean and comfortable.Thank you .

I consider myself lucky to have such a fantastic dentist: Monique takes great care of my teeth, gums etc. & is totally professional. All support staff are 10/10 too. I like visiting the dentist. How many people can say that?
