⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The doctors here are hardworking and genuinely care. Many of the GPs have specialist backgrounds, and I honestly feel I owe my life to the care I’ve received. They’ve never let me down and always acted in my best interests. As for the reception staff, I’ve seen some negative comments online. In my experience, while they can occasionally come across as a bit blunt, there are also many lovely and helpful staff members. I even read one review claiming a receptionist called someone a “bloody moron.” If that did happen, it’s not acceptable — but it’s also worth remembering that receptionists deal with a lot and aren’t always spoken to kindly themselves. They’re only human. Overall, I have nothing but respect and gratitude for the whole team of staff. -BG
