The Crookes Practice

Just spoken to the rudest receptionist this practice has. What a shame because all the receptionist and doctors have been so lovely, but the lady at the desk today was so unprofessional. You might want to consider changing work, cos helping people is clearly not your forte.

I have been at this practice for over 41 years and have always been pleased with the care that I've received from the doctors. It is a pity that I can't say the same for some of the reception staff. Today I was subjected to the most unprofessional treatment by someone on reception who didn't listen to what I was phoning about, talked over me, and then argued with me and told me that I was being rude to her when I asked her to give me a chance to speak, and not talk over me. It was extremely rude and unprofessional in deed.

Have been very impressed with Crookes Practice, after moving my dad here recently. Appointments have been made available, and I've found the level of care has been excellent!! There's no perfect doctors, but, I really feel this Practice is on my families side, and doing what they can to help us, despite the state of the nation. Can't ask for much more at the moment!!

Very impressed by care received by Dr Mosby and promptness of reception staff. I can't thank them enough for supporting me through a tough period. Reception staff have been brilliant in their response. Dr Mosby deserves appreciation for being so compassionate and understanding.

The doctors and nurses are marvellous and very kind and caring at this practice. It is unfortunate about the appointment booking system, which is really bad but don't know if this is just the NHS so all surgeries.
