Fast response from online appointment request. Unfortunately wasn’t able to attend date offered so rang reception, very professional and helpful receptionist helped me change & book an appointment I could attend. My partner also attended F2F review last week and said the ACP was efficient and thorough with assessment.

Only docs I’ve ever actually been satisfied with! Easy online form, quick to reply and usually find I can get an appointment same day

This isn't my GP but I was in the area today and a man had been knocked off his motorbike just outside the GP office, he was in the middle of the road not moving so I ran inside and calmly asked the receptionist if he could kindly ask if a nurse could come and help the man who was clearly injured to which the receptionist responded with "this isn't an emergency service"! I was absolutely appalled at his attitude! Its a building full of medical professionals with somebody out in thr street with possible life threatening injuries yet he couldn't even bothered to ask if somebody could attend to the man until the ambulance arrived! Im pretty sure the nurses would have helped if they had been asked but he couldn't care less. I hope he never finds himself in the same situation and I will also be reporting this as he shouldn't be working in this type of environment if he isn't willing to help!

My partner went to this surgery and was really upset and disappointed. The receptionist’s behaviour and the way he responded to her were terrible, making patients feel uncomfortable and unwanted. She asked a simple question to get instructions, but he turned his face away from her. She had booked an appointment online without any reception help and just asked for instructions. If he’s not happy working there, why doesn’t he find another job that suits him better? Why doesn’t he let someone with patient and passion take over?

Can’t do a simple process correctly!! I have a monthly repeat private subscription which requires them to simply print out the sheet and sign it… yet every single month it’s never ready or it’s some how been signed wrong or not even signed at all. I also have to take time out of work to go collect this and then have to repeat the process the next day as it wasn’t ready even tho I have given plenty of notice. It’s becoming too much of a joke to the point I’ve got to laugh at how badly run it is. Currently in the process of moving house but I’m more excited to get a new doctors as this place is run by clowns. I should have left this place a long time ago.
