I had an excellent experience at the clinic, thanks to Alia at the reception. While the doctor was unable to help me, Alia went above and beyond to assist me and ensured I got the help I needed. Her kindness and professionalism made a significant difference, and I’m truly grateful for her help

Thank you to Dr Burton Dr Van Veen and all other GPs who have looked after my mum and dad Mick and Doreen Keith over the years. Your care and support as been excellent not just for them but supporting us as a family over whats been a very difficult few years.

I have been with this Surgery for over 14 years now and not even once had any issues with it. Always been responded positively, got the appointment when required. Always been heard nicely by receptionists and always given best service by Doctors. Glad to be their patient.

Absolutely awful and unprofessional service, never once attended an appointment and been seen on time. Absolutely disgusting treatment for a newborn baby who is suffering to have us waiting over an hour after the appointment time whilst somehow people with appointments after us were straight in and out

Awful several experiences here. I've been last week with my 5 1/2 months old daughter for a new prescription for Aptamil pepti 1 (I've been told that MAYBE she has CMPA). The doctor that we had the appointment with Olubukola Falasinu decided to send the prescription to Pharmacy2U to have it delivered (she didn't asked me where I want the prescription to be send as the other doctors we've seen before) and it has been already 8 days and we've got no formula received. She also wrote in the raport that "Mom thinks Aptamil pepti 1 smells awful to her but the baby is taking it well" which is not true, I said that yes. It smells awful and my baby is not taking it unless I'm not giving her to eat at least 2-3 hours before the bottle(I'm breastfeeding but giving a bottle before bedtime). The doctor's answer was "stop smelling it" . Please just TRY TO AVOID this doctor and if possible this surgery too. Not saying that they're all the same but as patients we're going there just for medical advice nothing else.
