Visited this dry cleaners a number of times with brilliant service, however most recently after receiving my coat back after cleaning, it was damaged and part of the coat ripped, which now needs to be repaired. Called to enquire after a refund for the clean, due to the damage caused and was met with terrible customer service. Refund refused and no responsibility taken, not even an apology. As I mentioned on the phone, I don’t blame anyone for the damage and I certainly don’t think anyone did it on purpose. However, I believe a refund on the cost of the clean should have been given, and an apology for the damage. Certainly not happy with this service and will not be returning.

Really nice launderette with helpful workers except the new owner. I was given a price to dry a quilt, went away and on my return she'd doubled it. She used to run the chippy in Woodseats with her dad and was abrupt and rude then. Other launderettes in the sea as thus one isn't beautiful

I'm sorry to say, I will not be using them again. I used to use this laundrette for self-service, large item washes. The current owners no longer allow self-service. Unfortunately, my washing doesn't smell like they used any detergent at all(?) and I feel the service is quite expensive for what I've received . I'm going to look for another laundrette where I can do a self-service wash.

Did fantastic job on some old sofa covers the previous owners never bothered to clean! Can recommend, especially their pick up and delivery service 👍
