We took 10 pillows and 4 duvets too be cleaned here. The staff were extremely helpful in advising and fitting in with our time scale with quite a big order. Everything was ready on time and suitably packaged ready for collection. Would recommend and we would use them again even though they are some distance from where we live.
I placed an order which was supposed to collected yesterday between 1 and 6pm but no one turned up or contacted me so I rang and sent a message. It’s now the next morning and still nothing. This is the response I have from the owner all because I posted an honest fair review Thank you for your Google review 💚 Now my mother is is in tears with your pethetic comment of we didn't collect you dry cleaning...you do have my direct number, Why not use it?? Unfortunately I'm not the kind of person who cares about stupid things like this but my mother dose...as I can see you must be regretting it as you will not accept our calls. I've used them quite a few times and will continue to do so. I would recommend them to anyone, great customer service, very friendly. They collect my bag of washing and deliver it back washed and folded the next day and the price is very good.
Extremely helpful providing a good service at a fair price, did a significant amount of Laundry for us same day with no prior notice, no problem. Will definitely use again!
My own washing machine broke down and new one not yet delivered, I wanted to do a laundry run but despite covid rules being relaxed around the country, Woodseats laundrette are still not allowing customers in! They will do your laundry WITH AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGE, I went elsewhere and did it myself, City Road laundrette, very friendly staff, Janice and Wendy.
