He kindly fitted us in two days shy of Christmas and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, even making an additional replacement without upping his quote. For older customers, be aware AI technology is used for booking but he himself was also instantly contactable. We could have done with a little more advice on the mounting/moving of the switch but that is a minor point. A very positive experience all round - thank you Simon!
