I’m currently buying my first home through Haybrook Hillsborough, and they have been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. No question has ever felt silly, and I’ve been treated with genuine respect and kindness every step of the way. Lucy and Ella have been a pleasure to deal with and speak to, and I would happily recommend the team to others.

I had an extremely positive experience with Dylan Lambert and the whole Haybrook Hillsborough team. Dylan called me personally after reviewing our preferences and helped us find the perfect home. He was very involved throughout the entire rental process and even after we moved in, offering support and advice to help us settle. He’s an empathetic person, very attentive to details, and always quick to respond to messages or calls. His communication is clear, professional, and reassuring , he makes sure you fully understand every step before moving forward. The whole atmosphere at Haybrook Hillsborough feels warm and friendly, more like joining a circle of friends than dealing with a typical agency. They genuinely care about finding what’s right for you, not just closing a deal. If I ever rent or buy a property again, I will definitely go back to them. I’ve already recommended Haybrook to two friends who are planning to sell their homes.

We recently sold our house with Haybrooks. The whole process was stress free start - finish. On listing Francesca took care to ensure our house was presented beautifully, and she made sure that all viewers were in a position to proceed, resulting in a very quick and secure sale.
