I had a really positive experience selling my house with Morfitt Smith, and especially with John, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. As someone dealing with a very challenging first-time buyer, John kept me calm, well informed, and reassured at every stage. He was always happy to answer questions and took the time to explain things clearly whenever I needed it, which made a stressful process much easier to manage. Viewings were communicated clearly by both text and email (perhaps the reminders weren’t always needed, but it’s far better to be over-informed than under-informed!). Fees were very competitive compared to other estate agents, and the service felt excellent value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Morfitt Smith to anyone looking to sell their home, and I would happily use them again in the future.

These guys are excellent, first time buyers and Karen was absolutley fantastic, she talked us through the whole process in detail. It was a chain of five, a long and extremely stressfull time but i honestly cant thank you guys enough for responding to any question and advice i asked for promptly and the reassurance! It will be strange not to be intouch after a long wait! We also rented through Morfitt and Smith before and was also a great experience, they kept us up to date with new properties as soon as they came on the market and we ended up in it for 5 years.

I recently purchased my first home via MorfittSmith. John was excellent throughout, from responding to my queries at speed to regularly chasing my own solicitor for updates. We managed to complete within 2 months -- the week before Christmas. Thanks John and team!

We just bought from Morfitt Smith and unfortunately our experience overall wasn't a positive one. Firstly there were positives,they were always very flexible with viewings and were very proactive in providing updates in regards to the sale and keen to solve problems when they arose. Unfortunately the one negative was one which left us over £400 out of pocket on completion day. Upon completion we were given one key for the house and advised it was the side/back door key and that the rest of the keys were in the house. When we opened the door and got the other keys,neither the front door or garage key worked leaving us with no feasible way of moving in our belongings. As it was out of hours on a Friday we had to pay for an out of hours locksmith. The front door lock was broken as advised by the locksmith. Whilst we appreciate mistakes may happen and whilst not throwing accusations around we don't feel after discussing this issue with the business that they put the best effort into resolving the issue (despite quick responses) and we are still left with a £400 bill through no fault of our own hence this review. We weren't given an answer as to why we were only given the side door key to enter and none others including the front key. It has just left a very bitter taste in our mouth.

I am very happy with my experience at Morfitt Smith. From start to finish, I have been kept informed of progress, and I am very pleased with the way that Rachel and Melissa have handled the presentation and sale if my property. My sincere thanks to all middlewood Rd
