Flat rental - From arranging the viewing to moving out of the property, Nicholas and Sue were fantastic. There were a few minor issues related to the heating and interior of the property which were sorted promptly and efficiently. The speed with which he filled our properties was second to none, one was filled in under a week, with two rooms being taken before the renovations were complete. Where there is an issue or problem Nicholas does not just tell you something is wrong, he gives you and overview of the situation with his opinion and will provide a solution as well. I can safely say that Nicholas is the best property manager I have had the pleasure of working with, should we acquire any more properties he will be our first call.

I moved to Sheffield after completing my masters degree and came across Nicholas Humphreys, my move was smooth. I rented a room (mini studio as I call it) and had an amazing stay (almost 2 years). The landlord/landlady were incredible, very kind and respectful even though they own the property they still respected my space. The agents (Nicholas and Sue) were very helpful , respectful and kind as well, I could pop them a message or call them at any time and they would make sure to help me out ASAP.
