Incredible Agency! Where to begin… The staff at the agency as a whole are very professional, having very open communication and consistent responses. The locations available are near some very consistent transport links, as well as supermarkets and a variety of takeaways. The individual rooms in apartments or houses available very easy to maintain! All available lettings areas are very friendly, and have an overall inviting atmosphere. I could not recommend this lettings agency enough, especially to any mature students, international students, professionals or groups of friends looking for something affordable and comfortable 🫶🏾

Excellent customer service so far. Very professional and they ensure the students' best interest is at heart. The house viewing were very quick to arrange with convenient pick up and drop off's offered. Also in particular Matt took the extra step to lower the rent price and alter the move in dates with our property to cater to our needs. There is no fuss with them and they are quick to respond and help us out without a doubt. Very reasonable priced properties too, all catered to our liking! Extremely happy with the service, especially compared to most student housing letting agency's who most of the time do not respond to any issues seriously. Would recommend Nicholas Humphreys to all students and non students out there. Thanks to Matt too for all his help along the process, greatly appreciate it!

Matt was a great landlord, always responded to queries quickly and the renting process (deposits and payments) was very straightforward. We enjoyed him calling round for viewings/inspections as he’s very down to earth and always enjoyed a cuppa with us :) Would highly recommend letting with him or renting from him!
