Excellent customer service so far. Very professional and they ensure the students' best interest is at heart. The house viewing were very quick to arrange with convenient pick up and drop off's offered. Also in particular Matt took the extra step to lower the rent price and alter the move in dates with our property to cater to our needs. There is no fuss with them and they are quick to respond and help us out without a doubt. Very reasonable priced properties too, all catered to our liking! Extremely happy with the service, especially compared to most student housing letting agency's who most of the time do not respond to any issues seriously. Matt was a great landlord, always responded to queries quickly and the renting process (deposits and payments) was very straightforward. After so much bad experiences with Fortis Lettings, Haybrook, SheffLets, while feel something wrong with Martin &Co in Sheffield then an accidentally check on Website proved my feelings was right, Martin & Co did not do any work at all.
