We were so pleased with Spencers Estate Agents. They sold our house, they kept us updated throughout the sale. Highly recommend them. Lizzie & the team were fantastic!

I recommend Spencers unreservedly. The entire team was professional, committed and effective. My main contact was Lizzie, but everyone, from Olivia's evaluation onwards, was excellent. Not only did they ensure my house sale, but they were compassionate and human throughout the whole process, especially when things were stressful (not always the case from other agents). If you're selling in Sheffield and surrounds, you'd do well to choose this team.

Spencer’s made the purchase of our new home virtually seamless. Communication from Lizzie was excellent right through to completion. If my partner and I decide to move in future we would consider Spencer’s as a first option for the sale of our house (and for our next purchase). Highly recommended.

Spencers did a fab job, helping us sell our Sheffield house. They listened to us and our expectations, and devised a plan to get us what we were after: The advertising, photos, and brochure were excellent; they got people through the door to view; the right people, those in a position to complete quickly; their communication with us was excellent; all staff there were informed, professional and pleasant to deal with. Moving/selling can be incredibly stressful and terrible, but Spencers did a great job on all fronts - showing great local market knowledge, and a really good understanding of how to do best by their clients. It put us at ease from the start. Great work getting our house sold.
