They ripped your money I charged my car it was only 40kw but still charged me £45 pound do not go there

At least 3 of the chargers are not working, they show as charging on the app but there are no vehicles actually in the spaces

Coming up from London to visit family in Sheffield - third visit within 3 months and have to say abysmal service overall. This is my experience over the past two days. I have tried to locate charging points which is woeful. The InstaVolt outside the KFC, Queen's Road is in a good location: well lit, easily accessible and on paper easy to use. However, it was vandalised (leads cut from all the machines!). So no charge! I have found machines - if located - tend not to be clearly signposted - are placed in areas that are secluded and/or poorly light. When they are found, are either vandalised or not working. I've also had to download 6! apps, and pay a credit to each to use, which in one instance the charge at Tescos Saville Street, a hit and miss affair. Thanks to the motorists who tried to help me - to be fair they also found charging points an issue which, come on Sheffield, this is the UK not the back of beyond. Overall really poor infrastructure and Sheffield, residents and visitors who are trying to be environmentally friendly are detered from using electric cars. Sheffield you can and should do better.

So happy to see a bank of 9 chargers here, which means that there is always one available. Just one gripe though Instavolt - when the touch screen card reader gets wet in heavy rain, it no longer reads the card. This is the UK. It rains. A lot.

Tried 4 of these chargers. Could not get charging to stay connected using the Chademo connectors. Hopefully just an intermittent issue, but will avoid this site in future.
