Faultless from the very first phone call considerate respectful and professional all the way through Lisa and Debbie as well as everyone else were so good and made a difficult time so much easier

its taken me a few months to do this since the sudden passing of both my grandparents in such an short time and under horrible circumstances. I do not have a single fault to say about co-op funeral home Herries rd, the staff Lisa and Deborah were amazing and showed empathy throughout it all. The services they arranged were flawless and made difficult goodbyes a lot easier

The service I received at Co-op funeral care on Herries Road was excellent. They were caring and very helpful. I just had to write a review to Lisa all the staff at the Co-op funeral care on Herries Road. It was my friends funeral yesterday and the staff made this experience very smooth. The thought they put into it and care for my friends family and myself abd another friend was remarkable. Nothing was too much trouble. They looked after us all brilliantly Thank you so much 💓

The care and kindness shown by Lisa and the team made my Dad's funeral run so smoothly and made a sad day so much more bearable. They were wonderful.
