Jason and team supported us throughout this extremely difficult process. Jason was respectful, approachable, gave good advice and kept us up to date. All of which without ever letting us feel any pressure or stress. Everyone we engaged with, at the company, were respectful, considerate and compassionate. I truly feel Dad was in good hands and everything was done with care. I am sure Dad would have approved. Thank you to the whole team, this was our first time having to organise a funeral and you made it a lot easier. I really felt supported and confident that everything would go well and it did. Jason held our hand every step of the way and on the day Roger and his team guided us through the whole service. You supported us through a horrible, difficult and extremely sad process and in doing so made one of the worst times of our entire life a little bit easier. You have our sincere gratitude.

I contacted Adam at John Heath and Sons after my father passed away. We can highly recommend John Heath and Son’s, we needed a great deal of help due to the circumstances relating to the sad loss of my mum, not only were they compassionate, they also offered expert advice and made the necessary arrangements allowing us to grieve. All the funeral arrangements were dealt with by Adam and Felicity Heath who visited us at home to make sure everything was done to our requirements. They went through everything in detail and listened to our wishes and made suggestions to make the funeral service exactly what mum wanted. They also explained the costs in detail which we found to be very reasonable. To Adam, the staff at Pitsmoor John Heath and the staff who attended to my family at my dear sisters funeral I would like to offer the most sincere gratitude and thanks for being so supportive, professional and caring and for giving us a beautiful service with everything we had asked for and more.
