Sincere thanks to Natalie and the team for their help and support with my mother's funeral. They conducted everything with kindness, consideration and discretion. Mum had given no directions about her funeral and so I had felt very daunted by the prospect of organising this. She dealt with councils, grave yards and other obstacles we came across. She took all of the stress away from us. Even down to picking us up that morning.
