Finding an honest garage is a difficult proposition... and each mistake can be costly. I genuinely believe that this is one of the good ones. The staff are friendly, competent and most importantly honest. You can wait while they do the work (they kindly offered me a tea/coffee) and unprompted they will show you what needs done or what they replaced. It's a small thing but by showing the faults and explaining what it means... Then showing the newly replaced parts, you can have peace of mind that the work you paid for was actually done. I would recommend this garage but feel to correct me if your experience differs from mine.

I took my wife’s Smart Car in for a diagnostic because the engine light came on and they went above and beyond and not only found the root of the problem, but fixed it right there and then! We couldn’t thank Autocraft Services enough. Prior to this we’d had so many problems with this car that it had been out of our hands for over 3 months and it had been passed from pillar to post! Autocraft Services picked up the slack from the previous repairs and finished the job properly! My car broke down two days ago and purely by coincidence it happened to be just outside this garage. Even though everybody working inside was busy they still took time to have a chat and book my car in to at least have a look and check on what the problem might have been. Less than 24 hrs later and with excellent customer service my car is back on the road and driving better than ever. I genuinely could not be happier. Thank you so much Chris and your team!

Harry and the team were brilliant and honest about timescales and managed to push me in the right direction to another reputable garage within the local area to replace my clutch. Genuine people and garage. Would highly recommend. Thank you again for your help.
