Been using these guys for years now and i have to say it’s always a pleasure the service is great the lads are lovely and friendly. There is a pool room inside with tea or coffee if you decide to wait for your car while they work on it. Performance cars standard cars these guys deal with it all here. Perfect 👍🏾

Took my car to Hillcliffe Garage for an MOT and had a really good experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, everything was explained clearly, and the MOT was done quickly with no hassle. Honest service and fair pricing. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again.

Absolutely appalling. Booked MOT and service, picked a car just before 6pm on Friday. After I moved off the coil spring sign came on flashing on the dashboard alongside check engine sign. Car had no power at all, was struggling at 20mph. Googled it at home (5 minutes drive) and it said: A flashing coil (glow plug) light combined with an engine management light, especially immediately after a service, usually indicates a serious engine fault, often a major misfire or DPF issue. Common causes include improperly seated ignition coils/connectors, faulty sensors, or a triggered limp mode. Ok, didn't have any other choice so after a sleepless night went back to the mechanic that said the issue is unrelated to the service and it is a fuel pump getting worn out (really?). Booked me in for Tuesday, turned off the light (I guess not to annoy my eyes, lol). I asked if it is safe to drive and a mechanic said that it is safe to drive, just don't drive long distances and come back Tuesday. Had to drop something at the fuel station 5 minutes away from home, started the engine, red battery sign came on, engine struggled for a moment and died. Now have to call recovery, desperately need that car and I guess they won't take responsibility at all. If you are a boss of this business reading it - next time just ask mechanics to Google the issues. Especially when they say it is safe to drive a car which clearly wasn't. Avoid.

Super friendly and reliable garage. I never feel like I’m overpaying and they always pick up the phone. The staff are never rude, and as a woman I really appreciate that I’m treated no differently — everything is explained honestly and fairly. I’ve used them before and will definitely continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend.

5 Stars - Outstanding Service! I recently had my car diagnosed, and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and how they were going to fix it. They were transparent with the pricing, and there were no surprise costs at the end of the job. What I appreciated most was how they went above and beyond to ensure everything was in top working condition — even catching issues I hadn't noticed myself! Most especially, the diagnosis was free, free hot drink, nice customer lounge. I recommend them.
