Heaters stopped working in my audi A3. Called up Gary at SMM in the afternoon and sent out one their lads. Diagnosed as heater blower and 2 hours later, came back with the part and fitted it in the cold grim evening. Unbelievable workmanship and ethic. Deffo recommend to anyone who needs work doing

I phoned SMM after a googles search and saw they were highly recommended! I am not from the area (live in Teesside) , I needed someone to service, MOt and repair my brothers car who was suffering from mental health problems and couldn’t leave the house. Adeel was brilliant the whole way through the process, constantly in communication to let us know what he’s done. He Picked the car up and dropped it back off…. As I wasn’t from the area he also offered me advice on other things I needed to help my brother with in the local area. Would definitely recommend. All for a very good price too

I would definitely recommend these guys for any car trouble. I first had a lovely conversation over the phone about my car issue and was offered several options. Bearing in mind I called around 7pm, I had a guy come out within 20 minutes which was convenient for me (did say within the hour, but was speedy). He diagnosed the issue and gave me reasonable priced quotes, the ones you’d expect to get an alternator replaced. I had a pleasant conversation and was given valuable insights/advice on car maintenance and also was provided with alternative options on how to solve the issue. Another benefit and great thing about these guys is I had my issue diagnosed 7pm one day and then the next day (without having to make an appointment or make arrangements to drive and collect my car), the issue was resolved before 3pm. The car alternator and battery programming was done in less than 24hours. All in all, I also appreciate the honest and straightforward advice I was given relating to the car, prices and so on, without beating around the bush. Overall very efficient guys with reasonable pricing, plus the convenience of them picking my car up and bringing it back whilst I was working long hours was great.
