If I could put no stars trust me I would. Are you looking for poor customer service? You found your spot. As someone who works in a customer service based industry I am honestly disgusted by my encounter today. The man who I spoke to today, couldn't have been anymore discomforting. He proceeded to speak to me in a diminishing tone as well as looking me up and down with just plain, rude, judgement. It definitely would make you feel like you have no confidence. I only wanted a straight line cut. Nothing complicated. I didn't want to get it washed or blow dried. Just the cut. I quote his response "If you want a dry cut, just do it at home with your own scissors." I would not recommend getting your hair done by these people. As a hairdresser you should be making an individual feel confident and beautiful, not belittled.

I came in at the start of October to get my hair done and I’ve been meaning to write this review ever since. Lauren did my hair, and I’m so glad she did. It came out amazing, and I was so impressed. She was great to talk to and even better at her job. Would recommend 👍👍

I’ve been getting my hair done by Lauren for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier! She always gets my colour and tone spot on and somehow keeps my hair healthy and shiny every time. I completely trust her with my hair. She’s amazing at what she does and such a lovely person to see every appointment. The entire team at Taylor Taylor are also so friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit an absolute pleasure!

Absolutely amazing! I visited Sheffield for a few days last month and was nervous about finding a salon, but the staff were so welcoming. Loren gave my hair a great shape and regularly checked to make sure I was happy throughout the cut. I left feeling like a new person! I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in Sheffield and couldn’t recommend more.

Taylor Taylor (Surrey Street) absolutely fantastic barbers. My Barbour was Paul, very welcoming, polite. Would recommend this place to anybody.
