I went to the X Ray department with my mum as I got referred to by my GP to have a x ray on my right knee I didn't seem to wait long to be seen to. The staff were great. They were absolutely brilliant and patience due to me having autism and I've only got to wait 1 to 2 weeks for the results. Which isn't too bad to wait for
I had an appointment today in the cardiology diagnostics department. The waiting area was warm and welcoming after a short wait I was called in by a gentleman called Malik who introduced himself and explained the procedure. He was a credit to the trust very polite and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease . He explained the situation and answered questions I had very well . He certainly was on top of his game and knew exactly what he was talking about he explained everything in detail leaving me knowing exactly what was happening.
The Max Facial department made a truly fantastic job of stitching my head injury. Massive thanks for a great job done. Only a small scar now as most of the stitches were in my eyebrow. . Thanks again to the specialist who dealt with my head injury. Amazing π π₯
25+ week wait for a hearing test appointment, then given just 10 days to call, otherwise lose it. Call-up and wait 30+ min for someone to answer. Then a further 2 week wait to the actual appointment date. What if my condition is progressive and needed quick intervention to prevent further hearing loss? Effectively a non-functioning service.
Tried all the contact numbers, nobody answers. What's worse, they pick up the phone and then instantly disconnect the call! Or they let it ring forever. Tried option one but that just rings followed by a disconnection. Why treat people in this way? Trying to set up my pathway but the link doesn't work; just get a blank page... whoever is operating the switchboard so cynically is a disgrace.
