Jake had been in contact with me for a while. Constantly answering questions and checking everything on the right cover for my husband and I. Broker calls me and tries to confirm my name. I mention to the broker that if it is for insurance, i am already sorted and don't need the service please take me off your system.. Proceeded with saying that it is very odd given that I've just done the quote 10 mins ago etc. 1. I have no idea where they obtained my data, i definitely did not visit their website 2. When a customer asks politely that they don't want your service just accept it and we both move along. Don't be rude saying why did you make an enquiry. You guys are not the only brokers around. 3. Please learn some phone etiquettes. Thank you
