Don't take anthing to do with this lot. They are shocking. They take thousands of pounds off you to insure a taxi and if you want to cancel, good luck, no chance, no one answering the phones and wrong email addresses used on the paperwork and a long list of cancellation charges. You end up owing them with 7 days to pay which is totally impossible because you can't speak to anyone! If you don't pay within the 7 days, the charge goes up. Also they will not honour the ACTUAL date you did cancel and they will decide what the date will be! Good luck if you have the misfortune of dealing with them.
Calum Scouller is an amazing customer service representative, it was so easy to do the fleet insurance with him, he kept me up to date on everything and would highly recommended he gets a pay rise thankyou so much
