Laundry Room & Dry Cleaners Sheffield

We are very particular having clean clothes and wash regularly whenever we travel but this time there wasn’t any washer and dryer available in our hotel so we came here based on the recommendation. We were so impressed with its fantastic facility. Super new and clean and there are 16 sets of washer as well as dryers in different capacities for different needs. The clothes came out clean and not crumpled after the drying. The prices were also reasonable. There’s also free clean open space parking just in front of the facility as well. Highly recommended !!

We went here for the first time today, as we had loads of duvets that we wanted to get washed and dried. The lady working there was really helpful and patient with us, as we didn't have a clue what we were doing. It was reasonably priced (we used the very largest machines and it cost under £20) and everything was lovely and clean and very fresh smelling afterwards. Would definitely recommend and use again.

For the past 6 months, I haven't been in Sheffield, and the thought of doing my laundry within a tight schedule has been quite stressful. However, I had the pleasure of experiencing the best laundry service in Sheffield for the first time. Plus, I even received a complimentary coffee!👍

Today was the first time I have visited Laundry Room. I was very impressed. A deep clean on a delicate 30°C cycle in an 11kg washer set me back £9.50 and took 45 minutes. There may be cheaper available elsewhere but I'm not sure. The machines already have detergent loaded inside and so do not require you to bring your own. There is also free parking, and it's very conveniently located near Aldi and Waitrose so you can do your grocery shopping while you wait for your laundry to be ready. I would definitely recommend Laundry Room

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. Yesterday, I went to pick up my dry cleaning, which included a few tracksuits and T-shirts, and I was appalled by the condition of my clothes. Two of my hoodies have clearly shrunk, which I believe is due to over-pressing and excessive heat being applied to the fabric. On top of that, one hoodie has been damaged near the zip, where the fabric has actually ripped. This is completely unacceptable for a professional dry cleaning service. To make matters worse, the staff member who served me seemed very inexperienced. She didn’t know the prices for the items and constantly had to call her boss for help. She also appeared unsure about where my clothes even were. The whole experience felt disorganised and frustrating. Overall, this has been a very poor experience, and I’ve lost confidence in their ability to look after customers’ clothing. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable dry cleaning services.
