AVOID! I took my coat down twice because the first time it hadn’t been cleaned. Picked it up a second time and again it hadn’t been cleaned - was waiting for a call from the manager, but it didn’t happen. Had to call again and the manager just wanted to argue rather than come to a solution pointing out that policy states no refund! All they did was put the cost on a hanger and in a bag. I literally wiped a couple of the marks off with my hand. They had this coat for over a month!

They have Had my items over 4 week and I had to chase it up to find out it hasn’t even been done !!! Their standards are poor, I have had to take my item to be clean at A much more professional launderette, I wasn’t even offered a refund as it’s not their policy so they’re literally took money to hang my item up in the back for a month when question why it had not been done they said it had ??? this 100% hadn’t been touched The customer care here is appalling given the amount of time they’ve had it and they hadn’t touched it. It’s unacceptable. I do not know how this business is still open if it’s running like this.

What a truly fab place. Three great, friendly ladies share the shifts, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Always friendly and helpful. I can't praise the staff and the services offered enough. I will continue to recommend to friends.

This is a very nice launderette - clean, spacious, plenty of free parking, quiet and lots of seating. It's not cramped like a lot of launderettes which helps a lot. Staff are also friendly and helpful. My only recommendation is that signs are put up to ask customers to not use excessive laundry detergent and that the machines are wiped down in between customers to remove detergent, and ideally fabric softener is not used. I washed my duvet in my own mild allergy-friendly detergent but when I got home it smelt strongly of a different heavily fragranced detergent/possibly fabric softener. I suffer from migraines and allergies and unfortunately the smell triggered a migraine so I have had to recycle my duvet. So if you have allergies or get migraines from fragrance make sure you wipe the machine down before use and thoroughly clean the detergent/softener sections of the machine.

Have been a few times mainly to use the dryers. Staff always helpful. I normally go and grab a coffee at Costa which is next door so very convenient. There’s also a Subway and McDonalds seconds away so you don’t have to sit in the laundrette if you don’t want to.
