I've never used the dryer, but I have used both washing machines multiple times over the past few years. I've only ever had one issue when I came here to do laundry and found the machines had no power - this was rectified by the next visit. Overall, pretty decent. Good prices too.
So in terms of expediency in washing a king size duvet, pretty damned good. What I will say is having to embark on a thoroughly irritating and wet game of "where have they hidden the launderette" around Kilner Way retail park is not my idea of a fun Tuesday night. Better website directions would be a help. Basically it's round the back of the JD Gym. Right round the back as well. 4 stars for getting the stain from whatever the hell the cat vomited on the duvet but 1 star removed for making me wander the retail park with a duvet in a bag like a homeless dogger. Hopefully the pictures spare some other unlucky bloke who gets sent there by his wife.

Followed previous users advise and had a positive experience. The machines can be found at the back of the gym. Easy to follow instructions. I added my own detergent (although advised not to). A 9kg wash cost £5.50 and takes 30mins...very happy with results, clean, fresh & spun well. Didn't use dryer, so can not comment. The laundry finished text alert is actually 10mins before end of wash..not 5mins as informed. Will definitely be using again😊
Not amazing, wouldn't use unless you don't have an alternative. Clothes have come out still dirty and I can still smell my perfume on my clothes? I can't smell any detergent or freshness on the clothes. So I don't think the detergent has worked at all or the machine didn't put any in. I'd definitely take your own detergent to put in if you have to use this. The dryer is pointless and expensive, didn't dry my clothes much. It's a great idea (as I don't have a washing machine at the moment) but was disappointed and feel like I've wasted my money and time. I'll look for a launderette instead.
