10/10 service. Brilliant. Do not hesitate to use. Such a good experience. If I could give Sam 20 stars I would. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Made my initial enquiry via the website and Sam rang first thing the next morning to book us in. We needed 3 new locks on doors after moving into a new property. Sam arrived early on the date planned and explained the process, prices and options. Extremely reasonable pricing and by fa cheaper than other rough prices I was given by two other locksmiths previously. He changed all 3 locks very quickly, and even put the seal back on the bottom of my back door that recent delivery drivers had pulled off without me even asking. He also fitted a new handle for the back door. I also asked him whilst there if he could take a look at the front door shutting issues and cut an an old padlock from the garage gates and he fixed those issues also and wouldn’t even charge me for it! Sam explained everything he was doing and showed me the new locks before fitting and how they were more secure etc. He got rid of the old locks for us too and left everything tidy with absolutely no mess. I even asked Sam to add onto the price for fixing the door for us and he wouldn’t! Sad I didn’t have any cash to give him a tip. Thanks so much Sam for such a fantastic service. I will be recommending you to literally everyone I know.

Prime locksmiths responded to my late night call promptly and arrived rapidly which was a relief as I was locked out. Sam was very courteous and respectful he explained everything prior to any work ensuring I was fully aware of what was to expect and what the costs would be! I was reassured and confident of the service I was receiving and of Sam’s knowledge and ability. All in a good experience in an inconvenient situation. I have primes locksmiths stored in my phone should I require them again. Service great and price as expected for a late night emergency call!

Sam arrived bang on time, quickly sorted a new handle, hinges and locking mechanism on an old window. Very polite and worked very tidily. Would not hesitate to have him back for further work.

Rang this morning and Sam came within an hour as my door wouldn’t lock. He found the problem explained it and fixed it promptly. He even took away the old faulty parts. Truly outstanding service and very good price. Highly recommended.

Sam came out the next day with no call out fee to see if he could help with the problem with my door. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and open with potential issues and costs. He stripped down the whole locking mechanism and panel, fixed it, replaced it, and cleared up. Five star service! Very happy and impressed, and at a very reasonable price. Thank you!
