I needed some locks changing urgently. So sent a message at 6.30 on a Sunday morning not really expecting a reply. Received an almost instant reply to arrange a suitable time. Joe the locksmith arrived at 11.45. The job was finished by 1.00pm the same day. From start to finish everything was done in a professional and efficient way.
Ant and Blakey came to service our rear patio doors, replacing handles, hinges, gasket and locks for new. They worked hard in the cold and the rain and remained cheerful throughout, fuelled by unlimited coffee! All done to a high standard, good explanation and demo of the new locking system, really happy with the service received from these guys, they clearly are proud of the work they do. Highly recommended!
Used through Checkatrade, and they sent Trevor to look at adjusting the door. Turned out the hinges were faulty. Trevor got info and photos for the quote to be arranged. The office kept me updated and turned the quote around promptly. Called me to explain the wrong hinges had arrived and rescheduled. Trevor returned to do the work he quoted for and was true to his word, did an excellent job and highly impressed. Would request Trevor every time, very professional and friendly and good at his trade.

Excellent work carried out. Blakey was a very nice man and explained everything from start to finish. He worked through how the bollard worked and ensured the fitting was to a high standard. I'm very happy with the work carried out.
