Steve was absolutely first class! Our back door broke and we found him recommended on a local Facebook group! He came the very same day, ordered to lock, handles and parts and was all fitted and job done in less than 24 hours! A super lovely happy guy, extremely professional and brilliant at his job! Highly recommended if you need your lock sorting! Thank you Steve!

Steve came round the other day to open up our *chamber of secrets* (a little workshop which we didn't had the key to when we bought this house). He's a very friendly lad, had a good chat too. I hope we don't run into any issues needing a locksmith any time soon, but if we do, I won't call anyone but him.

Brilliant, couldn’t have asked for a better service. Steve was polite courteous and very knowledgeable. Came as soon as he could and came back to finish the job around my own personal commitments. Excellent communication and value for money. Would highly recommend

I rang Steve about a broken key in my lock. He came out the same day, fixed the lock, replaced the handles and fixed the door. Excellent service and price. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Steve and SY Locks. Our situation was time critical and Steve did not hesitate to say he could help us out even given the out of hours time.
