Was seen too as soon as arrived which was great however once sat I was asked what I wanted it asked to have my biab removed and re done. The lady filed my nails so roughly and very fast, the machine she was using was extremely painful. I told her its hurting she apologised and as everyone is saying here, they were rushed and seemed overwhelmed and so there was little to no communication. Requesting a gel colour seemed a task as I felt rushed to just pick as they were busy. I then saw the lady boiling water preparing to dip my fingers in acetone. I informed her I was allergic and couldn't use it. She apologise and put it away and begun to file the rest of my nails so hard and rough, fast with zero care. She hurt and filed my nails so thin I wanted to cry. I told her I am in pain she said sorry and left to attend to a lady for her toes. I was sat confused as there was no communication. The man came and looked at my nails. I was attempting a conversation with him to let him know that I have pain in my nails. He was already preparing the uv light. Very rushed and no chance to speak to him as his face just seemed unapproachable. I wanted advice but he wasn't listening. I then plucked up the courage to ask how much was the balance as I definitely didn't feel getting something on top of paper thin nails was the best option. I politely asked to pay and left. It was so disappointing to see no care in the world. I saw ladies leaving because they simply couldn't wait. I wouldn't return here at all. I am now left with paper thin nails which are extremely painful. Please fix this issue. I see so many people complaining about the same thing. Absolutely disappointing.

Awful overpriced place. I used go here for a bit but they are so overpriced, rough on your nails and ultimately just rude staff who want you leave the salon before you sit down so they can get to the next person. I went here initially for an infill, i honestly believe they make there prices up as they take so long to decide a price, for an infill they quoted £43 for some red tips with a bit of chrome which is ridiculous. So i decide to get my nails taken off. They couldnt care less how they treat your nails, the guy taking them off for me left half of the acrylic on my nails when i left i could see it all the the natural light, and when i went back in they was arguing back that they didnt want to take it off because my nails “were too weak” i said you can soak them for a bit and try it carefully, and they put it in and begin to scrape my nails with a nail filer, left half my nails red and hurting. Not to mention the sign saying student discount 10%, but apparently not on take offs. Which i told them it doesnt state so they should offer it. Even now a couple of hours later i physically cant put my hands in water because they are stinging so bad because of how rough the man was on them, literally filling on my skin.

It was my first time getting my nails done professionally (acrylic extensions with a gel design), and it turned out really well. I just showed them my inspo pic, and it got done. The main issue I had was with cleanup - I still had glue and gel around my fingers. Also, I wish the edges of my thumbs were filled better. There was alsp quite a long wait between finishing my nails and getting my brows done. I had my brows waxed and tinted. It's not in a shape I normally do, so it's throwing me off, but they look nice.

Staff are rude, they speak in their language and make fun of people, they forced me to remove my nails and do it again to charge me more, and i didnt have time for that, just because i refused to do what they suggested, they started to fix my nails aggressively and caused bleeding on my nails, they didnt remove all the air intentionally so my nails would start to break earlier. they also were not clean at all, he picked his nose and then doing my nails, i was about to vomit. His nails were full of dirt. I would never go there again, and would not suggest this place.
