Cutler Service Station

I regularly visit this Jet Cutlers petrol station as it’s the nearest InPost and Yodel drop-off point — but every visit is a struggle. The staff (apart from one polite gentleman and a young girl) are consistently unhelpful, rude, and seem to have no interest in dealing with parcels. There’s always a problem — they often refuse to take parcels, saying the lockers are full, and show no willingness to help. On my most recent visit, I went to post a parcel and to collect two that were showing as being at the shop. The man on duty made me wait until he served everyone behind me, then refused to accept my parcels. He eventually brought out my two deliveries but wouldn’t hand them over because I didn’t have the collection codes — even after the InPost call centre provided them. Only after half an hour and persuasion from the InPost dispatcher did he finally release them. I don't recommend this place to anyone, I am avoiding to have my parcels delivered at in post or yodel because of the nasty staff.

This is the second time i didn't find gloves to use it while fuelling my car.. it's an issue if you may have an asthma! So please put the gloves for the customers' health protection. Kind regards,

Always averagely priced fuel, useful for parcel collection, tyre pressure and car hand wash - however £2 for 2 minutes on the jet wash is far too expensive and especially punishing for those with physical disabilities.

We have got petrol from here previously very straight forward. On this visit we collected a parcel from them on Click and collect.

Being an essential worker in the care sector I was refused diesel. Very rude and ignorant also she pretended that she didn't know what an essential worker was. Never again will I set foot into this forecourt.
