Unfriendly argumentative staff with absolutely zero people skills,, refuse to take nectar card when asked why got very abrupt with me I've been told that the staff refuse points then book them to their own card which is illegal,, complaints have been made will never use this place EVER again

Shocking place. Staff ignorant slow attitude is horrible and when u try to complain they don't want to give you details.

Had to get some petrol here as the queue at Costco was 40 minutes long due to the prices being so much better, but I was on a schedule. Perhaps you'd have more customer Esso if you weren't overcharging.

Rude and unhelpful staff. I went in to withdraw cash through PayPoint. Woman told me they don't give cash out, only take in payments. When I pointed out that I had checked with PayPoint who had told me they were contracted to do so, she became rude and offensive, accusing me of having a bad attitude. She refused to give me contact details of the owner or manager. She was still shouting after me as I walked away. Reported to PayPoint who said they would investigate. I hope the owner or manager reads this and contacts me. I was disgusted by the total lack of service. If this is one bad staff member I think they should know. I would be happy to share more details if they get in touch.

Been to drop off Yodel parcel for delivery here in today 17th March and I was told be some very rude bunch of staff here said they would not collect the parcel because they had couple of parcels which are still pending collection from the courier hence unable to collect. Then they proceeded to ask be to come back after 3pm to drop off the parcel. I would think the courier would mind picking up the parcels no matter the quantity?! This isn't the first or second time I have had a bad experience here. Sometimes, they dont even bother charging the machine use to scan parcels. Who ever owns or runs this place needs to rethink customer service provided or better still not offer services if they can't fulfil when needed!
