Fir Vale Pharmacy

I go Firvale Pharmacy, all staff very good nd helpful. Every too busy but when I go nice answer me to my family 👌👌8 year to continue my family theire go!!!

I don’t go to this pharmacy anymore, I had to move pharmacies after multiple instances where I’d come to collect a repeat prescription and it had not even been ordered yet days after they received my order. I once gave them almost 2 weeks from the time I requested the prescription to the time I went to collect. Went in to collect and was told it hadn’t been ordered yet 🤣 When they DID have the prescription, they lost it twice (put it somewhere unusual) or didn’t have it ready and I’d have to wait 20+ minutes since I’d always be in a queue of people waiting for their unprepared scripts. Started calling ahead of time but they would rarely pick up the phone (when you come in you can see and hear the phones ringing they just ignore it) and it did nothing to save me waiting anyway. What it did do is save me a bonus trip to the pharmacy just to get them to order the script. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a disorganised business in my life

Very welcomed by all staff they are all friendly upon entering the shop. They are very efficient with what they do.

First time using this pharmacy, no issues, staff friendly would use again
