DO NOT GO THIS PHARMACY. I have been going here for about 6 months since moving to the area. Not once has a pharmacist smiled at me or said thank you. My perscriptions are never on time and they never have reliable opening times, sometimes it will be shut for no reason but to incovinence those who need there medication.
I was sent here by NHS111, to try to get a prescription my usual pharmacy was having trouble with and I was about to run out. Because I have painful mobility issues, I was advised to call first to check they had stock. I was calling for 7 minutes with no one answering, before the line became continuously engaged for 5 minutes. I had no choice but to set off. When I got there, the man said he had taken the phone off the hook because he doesn't like talking to people on the phone, and they didn't have the medication in stock either. Pathetic.
Always efficient and professional well mannered and the best pharmacy in hillsborough would not use any other keep up the brilliant work 👍🏼
Hopefully getting my COVID jab on the 3rd visit....1st visit, no COVID vaccine. 2nd visit, no-one there to administer it. 3rd visit, everything in place but I'm not eligible. Why?
Never have any problems with this pharmacy. My medication always on time.the staff are very helpful and great customer service.
