About two weeks ago, when my daughter was ill, we came to this pharmacy. That day, the staff were extremely attentive, they gave us the necessary medication, guided us correctly, and my daughter quickly recovered. So I thought, "Thank goodness there are people like this." However, today we came to the same pharmacy because my wife was ill, and unfortunately, we had a completely different experience. The attentive and helpful staff we saw on previous days were gone. A different employee (I don't know their name) was there. They didn't show the necessary attention, didn't provide guidance, and didn't help. Seeing such different approaches in the same pharmacy, in the same situation, was disappointing. Such inconsistencies are truly worrying when it comes to health. I wish everyone could show the same care and attention we showed on our first visit.They sent us to the emergency room, we went there, and after waiting 5 hours, they gave us the same antibiotic again. It's a shame we waited so long; if they had given it to us that day, we wouldn't have waited so long for a box of medicine.
I popped in to get some cold sore and burn creams, and I got help from (I believe her name was Anna – I read her name badge). She was so sweet and helpful! Even though there were a couple of people waiting in the queue, she still came over to help me find what would work best. She even took a quick look at my wounds and explained what I should do next. It was my first time using this pharmacy, and she really made me feel comfortable and cared for.
Great place with friendly staff. Nadeem is very approachable and knowledgable.
Not my main pharmacy, but one I have used on a few occasions. Hard working staff, always busy, yet friendly if you are respectful of how difficult it is running a pharmacy. Good selection of items. Generally well stocked for prescription medication and a variety of over the counter items.
