Parkhill Pharmacy

Extremely poor experience. I visited in the morning and was told the system was down, which I understood. Staff took my number and promised to call once it was working, but I never received a call. When I went back later, I was told my daughter’s prescription wasn’t on their system and was sent to Lloyd’s pharmacy. I went up the hill to Lloyd’s pharmacy and they said they didn’t have it. If it wasn’t for Lloyd’s pharmacy looking at the system I would never got my daughter’s medication. They said it’s at park hill pharmacy and confused why they sent me and my daughter up. I called up parkhill pharmacy and she said I had to come down the hill and go to the GP receptionist to get a physical prescription. If it wasn’t for Lloyd’s pharmacy calling them back and stating the issue again ,I won’t not get my daughter’s medication today. When I finally collected the medication, there was no sincere apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no one offered to help as I managed the door with a pram. This level of service and communication is unacceptable. Staff urgently need better training in professionalism, empathy, and patient care . Thank you to the team at Lloyd’s pharmacy at talbort road for helping me out and locating my daughter’s medication.

This pharmacy is fantastic. Always well organised and are on the ball. They really do offer a brilliant service and the delivery aspect is also outstanding. Thank you so much it's so appreciated. It makes my life so much easier and I would recommend them to everyone. Just a fabulous team 💖

This pharmacy is first class. They know their customers, therefore they know the needs of their customers and look after them accordingly. Always efficient. Always Patient (even when pushed to the limits by some customers) and Always take the extra step to make sure they give the best service. I travel across Sheffield to Lloyds, Duke Street in order to avail myself of a superior and stress free service. Well done and Thank you.

Changed hands and not for the better- Slow to serve and an unhelpful misinformed attitude. Poorly stocked and specific to Lloyds supply chain issues with manufacturers. Unwillingness to follow normal prescription protocols when meds unavailable. Communication skills not up to the task of describing the issues at hand nor understanding the nuances of a point made in conversation. This inability to communicate precisely does not inspire confidence when dealing with health matters. Time to find another pharmacy.
