We have enjoyed the first class facilities supplied by Direct Pharmacy for many years, They are very friendly polite professional company whom I would recommend, Unfortunately I very recently had a distressful situation whilst on holiday. Direct Pharmacy have been most professional and I couldn't thank them more for their caring service. Thank you Direct Pharmacy.

Giving 1 star for the friendly delivery. Problem, ive twice now had issues and dishonesty about when things will be delivered. Then releasing half the prescription so that you can't go elsewhere, and without asking you first. Staff on telephone apparently know nothing about how anything works, how convenient. I think the test of a business is how they deal with issues, they failed all round and were quite happy for customers to go elsewhere. I have moved on.

Entirely lives up to the name. Had a nightmare with my last pharmacy and since moving here, my experience in sorting my meds has been so much easier. Extremely polite and helpful staff. As a pharmacy professional myself, highly recommend.

Joined their home delivery service when I was approaching retirement. I have nothing but praise for their service. My partner has a heart condition his meds are delivered promptly and correctly, I have never had to chase any of his orders unlike when we used our local pharmacy. On Christmas eve last year they delivered a medication that was outstanding on our repeat that is their level of dedication. I recommend their service to anyone I can.

I only joined this pharmacy on Monday (after a recommendation from my parents) the same day I ordered my script from doctors. I have just taken delivery of my medication. They are so quick and deliver them to your door. my previous pharmacy was Boots who NEVER answer their phone and something is always either wrong or mossing from my script and 9/10 I have to physically go in to ask if it's ready and it usually isnt. Prescription delivered to your door within 48hrs of ordering from GP. this pharmacy are amazing and would highly recommend.
