Tesco Pharmacy

Used the pharmacy first service and was treated instantly. Had no time to wait and was given antibiotics straight after my consultationm. Excellent service all round.

Great pharmacy. Items always in stock , I order 12 items per month for mum including insulin . Lovely polite staff every visit Thank you for a fab service !

Shocking service. Veteran told by gp to use over counter pain relief when needed. They state that its a long term condition so with out a doctors note cant serve me. Even though its break through pain ie acute not chronic. No other pharmacy has ever asked for this. Now i have break through pain with no relief. I served my country and the non native dismissed me as if i was a junkie. Your licensing is not an excuse. No alternatives offered. Do not use. Explained to a pharmacist close by what the issue was they listened and sorted my problem, with no fuss, stating a GP would not write the type of note Tesco stated i required.

Husband collected my prescriptions on Sunday during snow as I was due to run out on Monday. Only 2 items received was due to receive 6 items, he asked if that’s was all as due more. Was told that was it, phoned doctors on Monday and the items I was missing went earlier than the 2 item prescription I received. Phoned them and they said yes they were there, so why not give him them too??? Man I spoke to was extremely rude basically saying my husband was lying, his colleagues would give all items. They obviously did not. Writing this review as the bloke was rude. Saying my husband never asked when he knows the medication I take, yeah he would just cause himself an extra trip.

Very happy with this pharmacy. Ordered my repeat meds and was notified by text when they had arrived. It was so easy to collect as I did my weekly shopping in the store. Great service. Would recommend.
