David was enthusiastic, professional and quick to diagnose the problem. He came round as soon as possible, and found a solution that involved minimal impact on the house. He talked me through what needed to be done clearly and respectfully, and didn't try to push or exaggerate the issue - he was very positive that the solution was simple and we'd get it sorted soon. I now have hot water again!

Highly recommend! We had an issue with a bathroom tap not turning off in our new house - called and was told they could visit the following afternoon. Engineer turned up right on time, showed me where to find the stopcock, gave me a quote (very reasonable), walked me through everything he was doing and cleaned up after himself. All round stand up gentleman, doing good work for good prices!

Called asking for someone to look at a leak - they said they had no availability, I said it wasn't urgent for today and asked when someone would be available - the woman said there wouldn't be any availability and hung up the phone on me.

Called last week to arrange gas fire service as we have moved to a new house and it has not been in use for some time. Came this week, quick, professional and really knowledgeable and educated about gas fires and all things gas and boiler related. True professional, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We were so impressed by Dave and his team. Our boiler packed up unexpectedly and we were without heating and hot water. Dave came straight away, diagnosed the issue quickly and explained our options clearly. We decided to get a new boiler fitted and Dave arranged everything for that to happen. He came bang on the time he said he would, kept everything clean and tidy, was quick and efficient and super friendly. We have dealt with a lot of cowboys in the past, so was so pleasantly surprised to receive such professional service.
