I needed a plumber ASAP and my call was answered right away. Ray was clear and quick in his communication, showed up within 90 minutes, and was able to efficiently fix a risky and tough issue on the spot. I was very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend!
Nice guy, came out really quickly and really tried to get my toilet unblocked but unfortunately didn’t managed to. At a rate of £190 I was expecting more than pumping the toilet and pouring some bleach and hot water down sinks. Didn’t resolve the problem. Toilet and sinks as blocked as before.
Ray and his colleague were most helpful, arrived quickly, in fact 30 mins before their ETA. Sadly they weren't able to fix the problem as they didn't have the part, but told me exactly which part had failed. Ray rang me afterwards to apologise for not being able to fix my boiler. I would recommend Ray if you need an emergency plumber.
Absolutely brilliant service - came out straightaway to look at my washing machine which wouldn't drain, but was gushing water out of the bottom of it, flooding the kitchen. Sorted the problem very efficiently, and also kindly calmed down this very stressed and anxious lady as a bonus! Thank you so much and will definitely call again for future issues.
