If misery had a postcode, it would be this post office. The layout makes no sense, the place looks depressing, and the whole setup feels completely unprofessional. I’m genuinely surprised this is associated with the Post Office brand. Staff are rude, dismissive, and clearly couldn’t care less. Seeing staff in tracksuits behind the counter was a first, it immediately sets the tone. Every visit feels unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant. If you value your time or your mood, go elsewhere.

When i have been before it's been friendly, however my last visit 15th oct the 2 females was not helpful welcoming or polite, She charged me for before 1 p.m next day, and charged me nearly £10 for a letter, she did not tell me any options it was a rip off, I also asked for a bit of sellotape for the back of my envelope, the young girl said I would have to buy a roll, rip off, they don't deserve the custom. I would not recommend this post office or ever go back myself.

Sort out your queue system! For goodness sake, people have been highlighting this for months and it’s a chaotic and stressful experience. All you need is some decent signage and some barriers to steer people in the right direction. I’ll be going elsewhere in the meantime, and suggest others do to.

Most rude and not helpful people I have ever meet. No matter how many times I have been there they always not polite, and they are raising their voices if you ask a question.

Bad experience at this post office. The young girl wearing the glass was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience for simply asking questions. Customer service should be about helping people, but that was definitely not the case here. Management should seriously look into this matter to ensure employees are well-trained and treat customers with respect
