Crookes Post Office

Great post office and the boys who work there are always really polite, helpful and friendly. I often have to get my parcels delivered here as my building has a lot of flats and parcels go missing, and I know I can rely on this post office to receive my parcels. They are also quick and efficient when I have had other requests including sending parcels and purchasing items. Would highly recommend this post office!

I had an excellent experience at my local Post Office today! The staff are always incredibly friendly, efficient, and patient — even during the busy hours. The counter team went out of their way to make sure I had the right packaging and the best postage option for what I needed. It’s so refreshing to see such great customer service and attention to detail. The Crookes Post Office is absolutely brilliant! The staff are always so friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond every time I visit. Billy and Ryan in particular are always so polite and cheerful, no matter how many Vinted parcels I’m sending or collecting! My name is Ana Airinei and I am a regular customer at this Post Office. The staff at this Post Office are absolutely wonderful! They are always so kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful — no matter how busy it gets, there’s always a smile and a nice word for everyone. Their efficiency is amazing, and they always go above and beyond to make sure every customer is looked after. I pop in sometimes even three times a day (I’m a bit addicted to buying and selling on Vinted 🥰), and they never show the slightest sign of impatience — always cheerful and welcoming. I honestly have no words good enough to praise them for how dedicated and professional they are. I’ve given 5 stars because that’s the maximum allowed, but truly, they deserve even more. This team is a credit to the Post Office and a joy to deal with every single time! 💌👏 Thank you for being so amazing 👏���👏
