Very helpful and always great customer service.
Worst customer service ever, they’re just so rude and un-cooperative, my parcel was delivered to their post office and they refused to take it and it was sent back to the sender.. I went there to know why did they refuse to take it and the guy was just so rude and disrespectful.. Plus the extra long queue, they’re too slow and lazy at their job.. I would never go there again..
The best ever post office in Sheffield, the staff are wonderful, helpful and they know how to do thier job professionally.
