It was a happy day for us when the post office in Firth Park opened. It is truly beneficial in every way. The services are managed with skill and precision. I really feel secure that my transactions will be processed correctly and delivered on time. I wish you continued progress.
Amazing service, I was served by Nixon today, he was very helpful and also solved some other issues I was having, highly recommend this post office. Update: spoke too soon. Although they were friendly they completely messed up my parcel by not sticking the postage label on it. So when it got to London they refused to deliver it to the recipient. Second worst post office ever
Rude staff been there to send a small parcel 📦 I’ve asked if they have plastic envelopes and cheapest one was 3 £ … usually they are 50 p then she replies this is price for post office if not happy try somewhere else … please train you���re staff to be more respectful towards customers!! And prices not supposed to be that high!!!

I was so happy to hear about this post office open but now not anymore, the stuff are rude need training! they charge you whatever they feel like it, I bought a posting bag she wasn't sure an ask for £2 with grumpy face on, when I got home saw £1. 10 on it clearly. So be careful
