What's with all the negative reviews? I had a great experience, the lovely woman with the blue eyes was very caring and helpful. I got my package dimension incorrect and was able to re-send with no problem. They even let me borrow cello tape and scissors to get my parcel sorted. I would be happy to go back again :)

I was charged £1.20 for printing out one sheet of paper for a postage label which is a crazy amount (it costs 15p- 20p per sheet at the library and Morrisons down the road). Even worse, the woman at the counter told me the first payment had not gone through so I was charged twice. When I returned to ask for a refund they refused, despite me showing the transactions on my banking app. There are plenty of post offices nearby which are run by honest and reasonable people, in contrast to this one. I will use those next time!

As a business customer that users the post office services on a regular basis found this branch the worst I have ever been to. Extremely unhelpful and rude staff. On a few occasions seen this directed towards other members of the public and today felt the full force of their bad attitude. No customer service at all. They had a problem scanning my bar code even though they could had manually typed the tracking number in. Only glad there was an alternative post office 5 mins away that used some miraculous skills to scan exactly the same Bar Code...

I arrived at this post office around 13:05, well before their posted advanced lunch break at 13:15. To my surprise, the gate was already closed. I could clearly see two staff members inside with the lights on. I gently knocked on the window to get their attention, but they ignored me—and then deliberately turned off the lights when they saw me. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I had to walk 10 minutes to another branch, cutting into my own lunch break. If you advertise a closing time, please respect it. Very poor customer service experience.

ONE star is too much for this post office. It is very busy and very unprofessional. The only ONE employee who has knowledge and works with customer care is Chinese girl at far end counter. The owner is careless and not bothered, maybe he had already made his money and this PO is extra. so why doesnt he sell it. Poor Customer Service.
